BeoirFest: Let's Talk Beer is a podcast and live platform created by Brian O'Connell from Ireland. Born during lockdown (~2021), it brings together independent brewers from around the world every week for in-depth conversations about beer, its culture, and its history.
BeoirFest's signature format is the Brewer Roundtable: 2–3 brewers exchange beers and discuss live on YouTube, with audience participation. Themed sessions cover topics as diverse as Belgian lambics, raw ales, traditional African brewing, Lithuanian farmhouse ales, and craft scenes in India, Japan, and Thailand.
