Birraio dell’Anno 2026 – Italy’s Top Brewers Gather in Florence

"Florence becomes the centre of Italian craft beer culture during the Birraio dell’Anno festival. Organized by the Fermento Birra network, this event celebrates the country’s most influential brewers while welcoming beer lovers to discover the best of Italian craft brewing. The festival brings together dozens of breweries presenting their beers during tasting sessions where visitors can sample a wide variety of styles. Guided tastings, food trucks and discussions with brewers enrich the experience. The highlight of the weekend is the announcement of the “Brewer of the Year” award, recognising the most outstanding brewery in Italy.
